The Turkish President’s spokesperson Ibrahim Kalın has declared that “all is ready for an intervention in Efrîn.”
The AKP’s attacks and threats against the gains of the Kurdish people continue.
Kalın confirmed that Turkey is preparing for the occupation of Efrîn. “If we must, we will go to Efrîn. All is ready for the operation. Turkey will intervene where it must, and when it must in order to safeguard its own security.”
Concerning the meetings in Astana, the spokesperson added : “The region’s organization was determined during the negotiations with Russia and Iran. Aerial attacks have ceased. We are making tremendous efforts to keep it that way.”
Kalın notably stated that the independence referendum in Southern Kurdistan had the sole goal of splitting Irak, then added “we have warned them. If they back down, we will have a positive approach.”
